RETURN POLICY


Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not satisfied with the postcards received you can return them to us within 30 days after receipt.

To make a return, you must contact us in advance via our web support (button "Ask Tony"). The postcards must be in the same condition as the scans on which the sale was based.

If the cards have been damaged during shipping, we assume the risk and refund you in full.

In case of return, we will fully refund the amount you paid us but you must pay the shipping costs. The shipment must be done according to our instructions. We make the refund within 10 days of receiving the return.

It may be that the financial institution, in principle the same as at the time of payment, automatically charges a reimbursement fee, we are not responsible for these costs.
